The Eltham Netball Club currently follow the Netball Victoria weather guidelines as detailed below (link provided):
https://vic.netball.com.au/weather-guidelines
The final decision on whether you choose to send your child to training or not will always be at the parents/carers discretion and depending on the weather conditions our coaches will modify their training programs accordingly.
We will still train if there is light rain so the players get used to playing in all conditions.
Beginner players wishing to "come and try" are welcome to come along and attend a training session. Prior notification needs to be given so our coaches can be prepared. If you would like to "come and try" please fill out the "contact us" form on the Contact us page or email us at info@elthamnetballclub.com.au
Training is held at St. Helena Secondary College, Wallowa Road, Eltham North. Entry to the school for training is via car park entrance number 2 at the top of the hill.

TRAINING EXPECTATIONS
Our coaches are all volunteers who give up their time every Tuesday, Saturday and beyond in order to help develop our netball players' skills and understanding the game. Through this we strongly believe that players will become more engaged with the sport and see their enjoyment of the game improve. As such all our coaches have strong expectations for players to attend training every Tuesday and be available for team games on Saturday.
